40 hour work week, day shift, Monday - Friday
up to 5 weeks vacation per year
up to 2 1/2 weeks medical leave per year
early retirement: at the age of 50 with 20 years of employment, age of 57 with 10 years of employment, or age of 62 with 5 years of employment
